1.1 Shipping: We ship directly from the manufacturer to keep our pricing competitive. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please note that we are not liable for shipping times, as they are out of our control.

1.2 Returns and Refunds: We do not accept returns or refunds unless the item is damaged beyond use. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may require photos or other evidence of the damage before approving a refund or exchange.

1.3 Product Information: We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our website, but we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free. Please contact us if you have any questions about a product before making a purchase.

1.4 Promotions and Discount Codes: 

 Selected items are excluded from promotions and discount codes unless          otherwise stated.

Charity partnership products are not eligible for promotional pricing, including welcome offers and storewide discounts, as a portion of each sale is donated directly to charity.
