Change of Mind Returns
Not happy with the size or fit? You can return your item for a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

It has been less than 10 days since the item was delivered.

The item is unworn, unwashed, free from stains and scents (e.g. perfume), and still has all tags attached and original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned:

Sale items or items purchased during sale periods (e.g. EOFY Sale, Birthday Sale, Black Friday Sale, Afterpay Day Sale)

Gift cards
Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for returns lost or stolen in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive an email confirmation once completed.
Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange:

Sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Please note: We cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred size/style at the time of your exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
